We study parrots on a global scale. We are a Spanish research group investigating the ecology and conservation of parrots, parakeets, macaws, and their relatives, both in their native habitats and in regions where they have been introduced. Our work in over 25 countries addresses the wildlife trade, habitat transformation, and the ecological roles of these birds.
